At Craft3DPrint, every item is made to order with care, precision, and a whole lot of creative energy. Because of the custom nature of our products, we only offer refunds for items that are defective due to a production issue. Please review our full policy below to understand your rights and our commitment.
 

Refunds for Defective Items Only
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, we’re happy to issue a refund.

 

To qualify for a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Email us at here2help@craft3dprint.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos that show the defect

 

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Exchanges or "Change of Mind" Refunds
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing:

• We do not accept exchanges

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing/color mistakes

• We do not refund for standard 3D printing characteristics (see below)
